As a community manager and creative, my responsibilities included:
Managing the social media pages and communities of various clients across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram on a daily basis.
Copywriting and concepting pieces of social media content to create the highest quality, most engaging output, from a brief and reactively (in accordance with trends and popular conversation).
Growing and defining the agency’s culture and marketing.
Strategy planning for the channels, and campaigns, used by clients.
Working closely with freelance and in-house creatives and analytics teams to redefine content and strategy outlines.
